We do not sell personal data. We never share your personal details with advertisers.

5. Data retention

6. Account deletion

Members — deleting your account permanently removes your profile, display name, loyalty cards, sticker collection, pixel avatar, daily wheel history, challenge entries, messages, posts, follows, notifications, and all analytics events linked to you. Anonymised statistical aggregates (containing no identifying information) may be retained.

Vendors — deleting your business account permanently removes your business profile and every store you own, including the loyalty programme, branding, offers, automations, posts, reviews, and all Member loyalty-card and sticker data tied to that store. Members will see the card disappear from their wallet. No personal data about Members remains linked to your business afterwards. This action cannot be undone.

Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing info@adastranetwork.co.uk.
