These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Linq, operated by Adastra Network ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Linq app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Linq.

Linq is a multi-vendor digital loyalty platform that lets Members (customers) collect stamps and stickers at participating businesses and lets Vendors (businesses) run digital loyalty programmes. The app includes stamp cards, collectible sticker sets, daily and monthly challenges, leaderboards, in-app messaging, pixel avatars, and a prize draw system.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Member account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind a business to use Linq as a Vendor. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
Notify us immediately at info@adastranetwork.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your credentials.
You may not create more than one personal account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
When you join a Vendor's loyalty programme, a digital stamp card is created for you. Stamps are issued by the Vendor via NFC tap or QR code scan at the point of visit.
Rewards (e.g. a free coffee, a discount) are defined entirely by each Vendor and may be changed, reduced, or withdrawn at any time at the Vendor's discretion. We do not guarantee the availability, nature, or value of any reward. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated by the Vendor.
To receive a reward you must present your stamp card to the Vendor in-app. Linq accepts no liability for Vendor failure to honour a reward.
Stamps and completed challenges earn you collectible digital stickers. Stickers are categorised by rarity tier: yellow, orange, blue, purple, and gold (legendary). Collecting sticker sets may enter you into monthly prize draws.
Prize draws are subject to separate rules published in-app at the time of each draw. We reserve the right to amend prize pool values, draw schedules, eligibility criteria, and prize fulfilment at any time with reasonable notice. Prizes have no cash alternative unless stated. You must claim prizes within the timeframe specified or they will be forfeited.
Stickers are in-app collectibles with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Linq features time-limited challenges and in-app games including but not limited to Linqle (a daily word game), Daily Vote, City Explorer, and Streak Master. Challenge availability, scoring rules, and associated rewards may change at any time.
Streak bonuses are awarded based on consecutive valid completions. We are not liable for lost streaks caused by technical faults, connectivity issues, or app downtime, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore streaks affected by platform-side errors.
Each account has a pixel avatar — a customisable in-app representation. Avatar items are earned through stamp milestones, challenges, and the daily spin wheel. Avatar items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
The daily spin wheel may be used once per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to change, retire, or modify avatar items, the wheel prize pool, and the frequency rules at any time.
To register a business on Linq you must provide accurate business details including business name, registered address or trading address, country, and contact information. You warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the business to these Terms.
Your business listing, including name, logo, location, and loyalty programme details, will be visible to all Linq users. You are responsible for ensuring all business information is accurate and kept up to date.
Stamps must only be issued for genuine customer visits or qualifying purchases as defined in your loyalty programme. You are responsible for ensuring your staff issue stamps appropriately.
Abuse of the stamp-issuance system — including issuing stamps without a genuine qualifying transaction, bulk self-stamping, or any form of fraudulent stamp issuance — may result in your account being suspended or permanently removed. We reserve the right to audit stamp activity.
Vendors retain the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw their loyalty programme at any time, including changing stamp thresholds and reward values. We ask that Vendors give reasonable in-app notice of material changes to their programme.
Members who have accumulated stamps on a programme that is subsequently withdrawn will be notified through the app. Linq does not guarantee that any specific reward will remain available.
As a Vendor, you are responsible for:
Linq is a platform provider only. We are not party to the loyalty agreement between you and your Members and accept no liability for your failure to fulfil rewards or obligations.
Core loyalty card features are free for Vendors. Certain additional features — such as push offers, advanced analytics, challenge participation, and subscription card programmes — may be available as paid add-ons.
Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies for paid add-ons are presented at the point of purchase. Fees may be updated with reasonable advance notice. Refunds for paid add-ons are provided at our discretion except where required by law.
You must not use Linq to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.
All content, design, trademarks, logos, software, and materials in Linq are owned by or licensed to Adastra Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Linq content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Linq (e.g. your business logo, branding assets). By uploading such content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use it within the app for the purpose of operating your loyalty programme and presenting your business listing to Members. This licence ends when you permanently delete the content or close your account.
Linq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, representations, and conditions, including those relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of Vendor listings, the availability of rewards, or the actions of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Linq shall not exceed £100 or the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adastra Network, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of Linq, or any content you submit to the platform.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing info@adastranetwork.co.uk. On deletion, your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. We will try to notify you unless doing so would compromise security or an ongoing investigation.
Following termination, sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Linq after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your home country.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at info@adastranetwork.co.uk to attempt informal resolution. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
8. Leaderboards & social features
Leaderboards display your display name and stamp count relative to other users. By using Linq you consent to this information being visible to other users on leaderboards. You can update your display name in Settings at any time.
In-app messages you send to a Vendor are visible to that Vendor and their staff. Do not share sensitive personal information in messages.
You are solely responsible for the content of any messages, posts, or reviews you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
